I just had an idea, and for the record, I'm not even hungry right now. What if Canter's Jewish Deli on Fairfax.....



And Porto's Cuban bakery/deli in Glendale....

Mated?

And their baby lived in Long Beach?

If I win the lottery, it's what I would do. I would open up a Juban Restaurant and fill the huge lack of
a) decent bagels
b) authentic Cuban cooking, and
c) well-decorated restaurants in this part of town.

I'd also consider investors if this whole "lottery" plan falls through.
